Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and lifecycle for practice systems and administrative platforms
- Apply product management principles to identify user needs and prioritize opportunities
- Translate operational pain points into clear product direction
- Balance enterprise standardization with operational flexibility
- Lead the continuous improvement of revenue-enabling functions
- Drive measurable improvements in operational performance metrics
- Partner closely with operations and revenue cycle leaders to ensure solutions address root causes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, healthcare administration, business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology or related functions
- Experience leading systems and workflows in healthcare provider environments
- Demonstrated success in applying product management to operational workflows
- Strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience partnering across operations, revenue cycle, business, and technology teams
- Strong executive communication and change leadership skills
