Senior Director, Practice Systems & Business Enablement

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and lifecycle for practice systems and administrative platforms
• Apply product management principles to identify user needs and prioritize opportunities
• Translate operational pain points into clear product direction
• Balance enterprise standardization with operational flexibility
• Lead the continuous improvement of revenue-enabling functions
• Drive measurable improvements in operational performance metrics
• Partner closely with operations and revenue cycle leaders to ensure solutions address root causes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, healthcare administration, business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology or related functions
• Experience leading systems and workflows in healthcare provider environments
• Demonstrated success in applying product management to operational workflows
• Strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
• Experience partnering across operations, revenue cycle, business, and technology teams
• Strong executive communication and change leadership skills
