About the Role
This role is located in Houston, TX. As Senior Director, POM Product Manager for the Loans Enablement Platform, you will define and own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, design, and roadmap for Digital Asset Setup, serving both internal users and external customers/partners.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, design, and roadmap for Digital Asset Setup on the Loans Enablement Platform.
- Drive execution from discovery through delivery, prioritizing features based on customer value, business outcomes, and technical feasibility; ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Operations, and client-facing platforms to align goals, requirements, and go-to-market plans.
- Establish product KPIs and success metrics; analyze performance and user feedback to iterate, optimize adoption, and deliver measurable ROI.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing product management teams; recruit and coach talent, set clear goals, manage performance, foster DEI and a collaborative culture, and influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years in product management (enterprise/SaaS preferred), with 5+ years leading product teams or complex portfolios.
- Proven track record managing products/platforms with both internal and external user bases, including APIs, integrations, and ecosystem partners.
- Demonstrated success in customer discovery, data-driven decision-making, and ownership of product financials (budgeting, pricing, P&L) and commercialization.
