  • Drive global commercial frameworks, pricing/margin models, incentive structures, financial compliance, and pay-for-performance constructs across all Pixel phone and accessories categories.
  • Oversee global hardware release cadences and regional launch readiness across seven key markets, resolving critical path supply constraints, cross-functional dependencies, and regional execution friction between Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial Sales.
  • Direct and develop a multi-layered organization of 25–30 full-time employees (including Directors of managers), cultivating operational aptitude, organizational successor depth, and cross-functional leadership across global teams.

  • Experience driving commercial strategy, profit and loss (P&L) governance, pricing, or margin management for a global hardware or tech category.

Preferred qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience architecting 0-to-1 operational transformations, unifying cross-functional hardware lifecycle disciplines (e.g., Product Strategy, Launch Planning, Global Category Business Management).
  • Experience scaling multi-category product integration strategies in competitive global markets.
  • Expertise navigating macro hardware supply chain complexities, component cost dynamics (e.g., memory/semiconductor pricing), and global carrier/retail commercial constructs.
  • Executive presence with demonstrated success serving as an internal operational proxy and strategic interface for Managing Directors, VPs, and SVPs across Product Management, Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, and Global Sales.
