Senior Director, People Leader HR Services

Job Responsibility

Leads an HR group with larger portfolios by communicating with and developing staff members, and building consensus for programs and goals that support leaders within a business unit, function, or geographic area.

Provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to senior leadership teams in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives.

Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility.

Directs and oversees all operations within the organization's human resource’s function.

Development and implementation large scale strategic projects and business outcomes.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
• Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, preferred.
