Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership and expert guidance to assigned commercial client groups, along with consultation and delivery of People programs to achieve key commercial objectives
• Manage a team of People Business Partners to provide effective and timely People support and consultation to assigned client groups
• Leads organization design activities and talent management strategies to implement new structures, roles and/or processes that create more effective and efficient organizations that are aligned to shifting business demands
• Leverages complex data and people analytics to provide critical insights into business and talent trends that inform the overall commercial and People priorities
• Utilizes Microsoft 365 Copilot and other approved AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize information, prepare leadership communications, and generate actionable insights
