About the role

The Senior Director, Opinion Leader Programming HIV Treatment will report directly to the Executive Director of Franchise Marketing for the HIV business unit. This role contributes to the ~$13B HIV BU driven by Biktarvy.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the long- and short-term US HIV treatment brand strategies and plan of action
  • Partner with PrEP OLP Team to ensure synergies across OL Engagement
  • Develop the OLP strategic and tactical plan
  • Provide strategic oversight and management of key initiatives and activities: speaker bureau, advisory boards, conference debriefs, OL mapping/database, account management, and OL generated content
  • Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, key accounts, and medical associations
  • Collaborate with the treatment, prevention, and franchise marketing teams, medical teams, and sales leadership to ensure a coordinated and appropriate approach to maximize effectiveness
  • Lead and/or serve as a key commercial member on cross-functional initiatives, often with high visibility within the organization
