About the role
The Senior Director of Student Health oversees all aspects of student health services at our university, including counseling, mental health support, and wellness initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and evaluation of comprehensive student health programs
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to develop and maintain a supportive campus environment
- Develop and manage budgets for health services
- Provide leadership in addressing health disparities among student populations
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Public Health, Counseling Psychology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in student health administration
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Qualifications
- Knowledge of best practices in student health and wellness
- Experience with grant writing and securing funding

$120,000 - $150,000 annually
