Senior Director of Student Health

About the role

The Senior Director of Student Health oversees all aspects of student health services at our university, including counseling, mental health support, and wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and evaluation of comprehensive student health programs
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to develop and maintain a supportive campus environment
• Develop and manage budgets for health services
• Provide leadership in addressing health disparities among student populations
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Public Health, Counseling Psychology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in student health administration
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with diverse student populations

Qualifications

• Experience with grant writing and securing funding

Pay

$120,000 - $150,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
