Senior Director of Product Management

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with product leadership to develop, drive, and manage the annual strategic road map for Sysco’s digital commerce products & internal business applications and tools.
  • Lead and manage product team and their career development by setting growth goals and measuring progress throughout the year.
  • Advise and hold team accountable for delivering on their commitments and decisions.
  • Oversee and manage the Sysco e-commerce portfolio and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to balance road map, ad hoc, and technology workstreams.
  • Create executive communications around the planning and progress of the portfolio.
  • Directly interface with key business stakeholders to kick-off and manage high priority initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase efficiencies and drive growth, in partnership with Sysco Corporate and product leadership, ensuring alignment with core business outcomes and measurable growth impact.
  • Champion modern digital transformation initiatives across the product portfolio, leveraging analytics, AI/personalization, and data-driven insights to accelerate customer adoption and engagement.
  • Drive standardization of key experiences across the company.
  • Define, maintain, and support product Ways of Working including standards and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer / information science, business, engineering, human computer interaction (HCI), or related discipline coupled with relevant work experience.
  • 7 years in a management role leading a product management team.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related roles with experience in business analysis, user experience, information architecture, usability testing, quality assurance, and other related disciplines within a consultative or corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in computer / information science, business, engineering, human computer interaction (HCI), or related discipline coupled with relevant work experience.
  • Coursework and/or experience in project /program management or product operations.
  • Experience in hospitality or the food service business.
