Essential Functions
- Collaborate with product leadership to develop, drive, and manage the annual strategic road map for Sysco’s digital commerce products & internal business applications and tools.
- Lead and manage product team and their career development by setting growth goals and measuring progress throughout the year.
- Advise and hold team accountable for delivering on their commitments and decisions.
- Oversee and manage the Sysco e-commerce portfolio and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to balance road map, ad hoc, and technology workstreams.
- Create executive communications around the planning and progress of the portfolio.
- Directly interface with key business stakeholders to kick-off and manage high priority initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities to increase efficiencies and drive growth, in partnership with Sysco Corporate and product leadership, ensuring alignment with core business outcomes and measurable growth impact.
- Champion modern digital transformation initiatives across the product portfolio, leveraging analytics, AI/personalization, and data-driven insights to accelerate customer adoption and engagement.
- Drive standardization of key experiences across the company.
- Define, maintain, and support product Ways of Working including standards and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer / information science, business, engineering, human computer interaction (HCI), or related discipline coupled with relevant work experience.
- 7 years in a management role leading a product management team.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related roles with experience in business analysis, user experience, information architecture, usability testing, quality assurance, and other related disciplines within a consultative or corporate environment.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer / information science, business, engineering, human computer interaction (HCI), or related discipline coupled with relevant work experience.
- Coursework and/or experience in project /program management or product operations.
- Experience in hospitality or the food service business.
