Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with scaled Ads platforms/systems
- Proven ability to manage and scale teams of 10+ product managers
- Experience in building and scaling consumer or ad products
- Demonstrated success in creating diverse, inclusive teams
- Strong interpersonal skills for aligning with executive stakeholders
- Proactive mindset to overcome resource challenges
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
