As the Senior Director of People & Culture, you'll partner with our leaders across the business to shape the People & Culture strategy for our next chapter, and you'll drive the programs and systems that bring it to life.
Responsibilities

- Work alongside leaders across the business on org design, compensation, succession, and high-stakes people decisions
- Sharpen how we attract and hire great people
- Bring the frameworks and implement them well
- Help strengthen the culture as we grow
Requirements
- Grown through scale, seeing what breaks as companies grow quickly and building the programs that are right-sized for the next chapter
- Strategic and hands-on in equal measure, shaping the big picture and sweating the details that make it real
- A genuine executive presence, holding your own in a room of senior leaders
- Candid and warm at the same time, having the direct conversations and leaving people feeling respected
- Comfortable with the HR operations in a multi-state environment, from compliance to benefits to HRIS to employee relations
- Hungry for a hard job, ready for rapid growth and the real work that comes with it
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a workforce development organization
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and implementing them effectively
- Strong understanding of organizational culture and its impact on employee engagement and retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization
- Experience managing complex HR processes and systems
- Ability to lead and manage a team of HR professionals

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
