We are seeking a Senior Director of Internal Communications to own how the organization informs, aligns, and engages its workforce. You will lead executive and change communications, build the internal channels and cadence, and ensure a consistent, transparent employee narrative.

Responsibilities

  • Internal Comms Strategy: Own the internal communications strategy, channels, and editorial calendar.
  • Executive Comms: Partner with leadership on executive messaging, town halls, and all-hands.
  • Change Communications: Lead communications for change, transformation, and organizational initiatives.
  • Engagement: Drive communications that align employees to strategy and strengthen culture.
  • Channels: Build and optimize internal channels and measure communications effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead the internal communications function.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in internal / corporate communications, with leadership experience.
  • Executive Comms: Experience as a communications partner to senior executives.
  • Change Comms: Track record leading change and transformation communications.
  • Writing: Exceptional writing, editing, and messaging skills.
  • Channels: Experience building modern internal communications channels.
  • Analytical: Ability to measure and improve communications impact.
  • Education: Bachelor's in communications, journalism, or related.

Skills

  • Scale: Experience communicating across a large, distributed workforce.
  • M&A / Change: Experience with M&A or restructuring communications.
  • Multimedia: Experience with video and multimedia internal content.
  • Global: Global internal communications experience.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $245,000 to $360,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
