Senior Director of Insurance Demand

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director of Insurance Demand to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This senior leadership role will shape and scale insurance demand strategy across key partner relationships in a fast-moving digital marketplace environment. The position will focus on growing profitable demand, strengthening carrier and exchange partnerships, and improving how inventory is positioned to maximize business outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, data, and analytics teams to support onboarding and optimize performance. This is a highly cross-functional role for a commercially minded leader who can combine market insight, relationship management, and analytical rigor. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Own demand relationships with leading P&C insurance partners Manage demand for clicks, call transfers, and data leads Help strategic partners increase profitable spending Identify and onboard new demand opportunities Collaborate with engineering and data teams for partner onboarding Work with data science teams to optimize inventory positioning Qualifications 10+ years in insurance lead generation or business development In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance lead generation landscape Established relationships with major P&C carriers and lead exchanges Experience at a leading insurance marketplace or lead exchange in the U.S. Fluency in commercial arrangements in insurance lead generation Proven track record in negotiating significant contracts with P&C carriers Strong analytical skills for business case development Familiarity with analytical tools like Looker and Tableau Benefits Opportunity to shape a leading insurance marketplace Collaborative work environment with engineering and analytics teams Potential for professional growth in a dynamic industry Engagement with top-tier insurance partners Impactful role in driving business success Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
