Job Description

The Senior Director of Growth is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading high-performing sales teams. This role partners closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to expand market share, enhance customer relationships, and achieve business objectives.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
  • Forecast sales performance and establish growth targets.
  • Provide insights to executive leadership based on market trends and analytics.

Revenue Growth & Performance

  • Own and deliver against revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Optimize sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Drive consistent, scalable sales growth across regions or segments.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization.
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop succession planning and leadership pipelines.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
  • Represent the company in high-level sales negotiations and partnerships.
  • Gather customer insights to inform product and service improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing to align lead generation and brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Work with finance on pricing strategies and revenue planning.

Operational Excellence

  • Implement CRM and sales tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Establish best practices and standardized sales methodologies.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • - 10–15+ years of progressive sales experience, including senior leadership roles.
  • - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

  • - Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • - Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • - Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and analytics.

  • Revenue growth and attainment of sales targets.
  • Pipeline development and conversion rates.
  • Customer acquisition and retention rates.
  • Sales team performance and engagement.
  • Forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.

Work Environment & Expectations

  • Typically operates in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • May require travel for client meetings, conferences, or team leadership, up to 40%.
  • Works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

  • The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000-210,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
