Job Description
The Senior Director of Growth is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading high-performing sales teams. This role partners closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to expand market share, enhance customer relationships, and achieve business objectives.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
- Forecast sales performance and establish growth targets.
- Provide insights to executive leadership based on market trends and analytics.
Revenue Growth & Performance
- Own and deliver against revenue targets and KPIs.
- Optimize sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting accuracy.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Drive consistent, scalable sales growth across regions or segments.
Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop succession planning and leadership pipelines.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
- Represent the company in high-level sales negotiations and partnerships.
- Gather customer insights to inform product and service improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing to align lead generation and brand strategies.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Work with finance on pricing strategies and revenue planning.
Operational Excellence
- Implement CRM and sales tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Establish best practices and standardized sales methodologies.
- Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- - 10–15+ years of progressive sales experience, including senior leadership roles.
- - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Skills & Competencies
- - Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- - Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- - Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and analytics.

Work Environment & Expectations
- Typically operates in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- May require travel for client meetings, conferences, or team leadership, up to 40%.
- Works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Additional Information
- The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000-210,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
