Senior Director of Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes and oversee daily transactions impacting financial results
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, including revenue analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Oversee financial, bank, and licensing audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements
• Implement and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and financial controls
• Manage inventory exposure, cost control initiatives, and margin improvement efforts
• Parenth cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to support business performance
• Oversee customer dilution analysis and related financial impact
• Support and manage financing activities, including working within an Asset-Based Lending environment
• Create and improve scalable financial reporting and system-driven processes
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA, MBA, or Master’s in Accounting a plus
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or private industry
• 3+ years of public accounting experience (national firm preferred)
• Proven leadership experience in a mid-to-senior level finance role
• Background in consumer products, preferably within a fashion or brand-focused organization
• Strong understanding of supply chain, purchasing, importing, and sales operations
• Experience working with 3PL providers and chargeback resolution
• ERP system experience and strong systems acumen
• M&A experience a plus
• Experience with Asset-Based Lending and financial covenants preferred

Pay

$215,000 – $225,000 base + discretionary bonus (Open flexibility for higher compensation for the right candidate)
