Senior Director of Enterprise Project Management

About the role

This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape enterprise-wide project strategy, build a best-in-class Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), and partner directly with senior leadership across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the EPMO, establishing consistent project management processes, governance, tools, and best practices.
• Oversee the enterprise project portfolio, including project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Management Directors and Project Managers.
• Partner with executive, business, and technology leaders to prioritize and successfully execute complex enterprise initiatives.
• Develop portfolio dashboards, steering committee structures, and reporting processes to improve visibility, accountability, and project performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Science, or a related field.
• PMP, CSM, or comparable project management certification/methodology experience.
• Significant enterprise project/program management experience within a health plan (highly preferred), healthcare organization, health technology company, or closely related environment.
• Proven experience building or maturing an EPMO, leading large-scale initiatives, and managing senior-level project management professionals.

Pay

$220,000–$240,000
