Senior Director of Distribution and Partnerships, Mobile
Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Senior Director of Distribution and Partnerships, Mobile to join their team in Chester, New York.
About the Role
As part of the Mobile Department, you will support strategic growth initiatives by developing and executing mobile distribution strategies that maximize subscriber acquisition, retention, attach rates, and revenue growth. You will lead strategic partnerships with MVNO providers, OEMs, distributors, retailers, and third-party channel organizations including e-tail. Responsibilities include negotiating commercial agreements, marketing support programs, channel incentives, distribution terms, and promotional partnerships. You will drive transformation and optimization across retail, digital, field, indirect, and call center sales channels, collaborating with marketing, product, finance, operations, customer care, and digital teams to deliver seamless customer acquisition and onboarding experiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in wireless, MVNO, cable mobile, telecommunications, or related industries.
- Proven success managing multi-channel sales environments, strategic partnerships, and subscriber acquisition initiatives.
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated experience structuring and managing commercial agreements.
- Deep understanding of wireless channel economics, customer acquisition strategy, and partner management.
- Experience collaborating across highly matrixed organizations and influencing executive stakeholders.
