Senior Director of Design, Enterprise

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director of Design, Enterprise to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will set the vision for enterprise product design, ensuring the user experience supports both customer needs and broader business objectives. The role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and operational stakeholders to create a cohesive design strategy across the organization. You will guide a high-performing team, champion design excellence, and use research and emerging technologies to drive measurable product and business outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $278,000 – $445,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and drive the product design vision aligned with business goals and user needs. Build and mentor a high-performing design team, promoting creativity and design excellence. Coach team members to enhance their craft and deliver exceptional user experiences. Leverage research to inform design decisions and improve product experiences continuously. Utilize design to influence key business metrics and KPIs. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in product design leadership, particularly in enterprise environments. Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and operational teams to create unified design strategies. Strong understanding of integrating emerging technologies and AI into user experiences. Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and evolution in design practices.
