Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Giving

Shape a bold, forward-looking corporate and foundation giving strategy for New England's largest nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness. Pine Street Inn has partnered with Lindauer in the search for a Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Giving to lead a comprehensive corporate and foundation relations program.The successful candidate will be an experienced corporate and foundation relations leader with a track record of growing institutional giving programs and securing significant six- and seven-figure investments, along with demonstrated success developing and inspiring teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate and foundation giving strategy aligned with organizational priorities and growth objectives.Serve as a senior, externally facing fundraiser, managing and strategically growing a portfolio of dedicated foundations and corporate partners, including seven- and eight-figure funders.Design strategies to expand foundation giving by strengthening existing partnerships and developing new prospects, while overseeing the grants management process.Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate engagement program that drives philanthropic giving, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.Oversee a team of five, including three direct reports, and serve as a member of the Advancement senior leadership team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in a successful corporate and foundation relations program.Minimum of six years of staff and operational management of a department, with a proven track record of managing relationships with corporate and foundation funders investing in six- and seven-figure grants and gifts.Strong management skills, with demonstrated success building, managing, and mentoring a highly effective and diverse team.Experience managing and engaging Board-level volunteers as well as corporate and community leaders.A metrics-driven, self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, with strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
