Responsibilities
- Engage with senior management to set departmental strategic initiatives
- Oversee clinical team performance metrics and improvement processes
- Lead development of quality management documents and guidance
- Create and manage CAT committees to advance key initiatives
- Serve as an external ambassador for Clinical Assessment Technologies (CAT)
- Manage oversight, training, and support for clinical staff
- Drive business development initiatives, including proposals and presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in life sciences or equivalent required
- Minimum 10 years of clinical trial experience with a focus on clinical assessments
- At least 4 years of experience in managing teams or providing mentorship
- Strong knowledge of efficacy measure administration and rater training
- Expertise in SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines
