Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior management to set departmental strategic initiatives
  • Oversee clinical team performance metrics and improvement processes
  • Lead development of quality management documents and guidance
  • Create and manage CAT committees to advance key initiatives
  • Serve as an external ambassador for Clinical Assessment Technologies (CAT)
  • Manage oversight, training, and support for clinical staff
  • Drive business development initiatives, including proposals and presentations

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in life sciences or equivalent required
  • Minimum 10 years of clinical trial experience with a focus on clinical assessments
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing teams or providing mentorship
  • Strong knowledge of efficacy measure administration and rater training
  • Expertise in SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines
