Senior Director, Network Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Network Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will shape enterprise network strategy to support market expansion and improve participant access to quality providers. The role will partner closely with Finance, Analytics, Operations, and clinical leadership to align network design, access standards, and business goals. It will also drive provider contracting approaches and monitor regulatory trends that affect network performance and reimbursement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $168,896 – $232,231 annually Responsibilities Develop and lead enterprise network strategies for market expansion Assess and ensure network adequacy for participant access to quality providers Monitor regulatory and industry trends impacting network strategy Mentor and develop a high-performing network strategy team Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, Operations, and clinical leadership Lead complex negotiations with hospitals and large provider groups Explore innovative contracting approaches for improved access and quality Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred At least 10 years in provider network strategy and managed care contracting Experience leading negotiations with hospitals and health systems Understanding of network adequacy standards and reimbursement methodologies Proven success building provider networks focusing on California Experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or value-based care environments Two years of supervisory experience with team development Benefits Medical insurance coverage including dental and vision 17 days of personal time off (PTO) plus holidays and sick days 401(k) savings plan with match Comprehensive compensation package with base pay and bonus Work/life balance commitment Additional unspecified benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
