Responsibilities
- Drive provider contracting execution in targeted growth markets, ensuring timely and compliant agreements
- Lead contracting strategy and oversee a team executing deals for Commercial and Medicare Advantage products
- Negotiate complex contracts directly with providers, focusing on fee schedules and risk structures
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless implementation of contract terms across systems
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team of negotiators, standardizing procedures and utilizing technology to enhance workflows
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to quickly execute network deals for competitive pricing and expansion
Qualifications
- 12+ years of healthcare network contracting experience in Commercial managed care and Medicare Advantage
- Extensive experience closing high-stakes contracts with physician and specialty groups
- Deep understanding of commercial pricing models and risk-sharing structures
- Proven track record of building and leading contracting teams focused on rapid deal execution
- Tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in AI tools and modern workflows

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $180,000 – $250,000 annually
