Senior Director, Migration & Integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead business strategy translation into product strategy and roadmaps
• Oversee the product lifecycle from design to implementation
• Secure funding for product development and measure efficiencies
• Coach agile development processes to enhance productivity
• Collaborate with leadership to negotiate new systems and changes
• Integrate market changes into product improvements
• Act as a thought leader partnering with stakeholders globally
• Drive cyclical business value processes from ideation to implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 10+ years of business operations and systems integration experience in relevant applications
• 5+ years of experience in agile software development and program/project management
• Management experience in budgeting and business case development
• Health insurance and program management experience preferred
