Position Summary
The Senior Director, Merchandising - Dairy, leads strategic initiatives to optimize assortment, drive sales growth, and enhance member experiences across channels.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies that anticipate member behaviors and industry trends to drive sales and enhance member value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize assortment plans, balancing category performance with member satisfaction.
- Leverage data analytics and digital tools to forecast demand, mitigate risks, and inform decision-making processes.
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms while fostering strong partnerships and supplier capabilities.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to address efficiency, quality, and placement issues, ensuring seamless execution.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, promoting continuous improvement and innovation aligned with business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 5 years’ experience in merchandising or related field OR 7 years’ experience in merchandising or related field.
- 4 years’ experience with direct responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) statements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Merchandising or related field, Supervisory experience
