About the role

Lead innovative drug discovery through AI-driven molecular design and rapid optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize drug candidates with deep SAR intuition, multi-parameter, and ADME considerations.
• Critically evaluate AI/ML-generated proposals and partner with Computational Chemistry to accelerate DMTA cycles.
• Oversee CRO synthesis programs, review synthetic routes, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Integrate structural biology data to guide compound optimization and apply emerging chemistry methods.
• Contribute to AI/ML training datasets with standardized experimental data.

Requirements

• PhD in medicinal or organic chemistry with 12-15+ years of drug discovery experience.
• Proven expertise in SAR, ADME, and multi-parameter optimization.
• Experience managing CRO programs and interpreting structure-based design data.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and therapeutic areas.
