Senior Director- Medical Science Liaison- Gastroenterology- West Region

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the performance of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team
• Set a clear vision and expectations for MSLs
• Coach team members on both scientific knowledge and MSL role execution
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive field medical strategies
• Analyze MSL activity data to enhance team performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred (e.g., health sciences, PharmD, M.D., Ph.D.)
• Minimum 3 years of formal people leadership experience
• At least 5 years of industry or medical experience
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to achieve results through people
• Prominent ability to provide effective feedback and coach technical personnel
