Senior Director, LTSS Clinical Care Management

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, LTSS Clinical Care Management to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This senior leadership role will guide long-term services and supports clinical care management operations, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and member-centered outcomes. The position will align care management strategy with regulatory expectations and state requirements while helping teams deliver consistent, effective support. It will also partner across departments and with external vendors to strengthen performance and improve the experience for members and providers. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $146,000 – $269,600 annually Responsibilities Lead and direct long-term care management processes for members Develop and communicate departmental vision and goals to the care management team Monitor staff assignments and caseloads based on state requirements and member needs Ensure compliance with corporate and NCQA standards in care management policies Engage in vendor oversight and manage special project work across departments Analyze long-term care member data to improve quality care and operational performance Coach and guide team members to enhance member and provider experiences Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) management Graduate of an accredited nursing school or a bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience Master's degree or equivalent for positions overseeing Behavioral Health (BH) teams Expert knowledge of industry regulations and standards Strong clinical knowledge to assess member needs and identify care gaps Benefits Comprehensive health insurance 401(k) and stock purchase plans Tuition reimbursement Paid time off plus holidays Flexible work schedules, including remote, hybrid, and office options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
