About the role
Icertis is launching a new Center of Excellence to support our AI-first, legal-centric products. This team will partner directly with enterprise customers, including companies like Microsoft, Accenture, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, to design real-world AI use cases, optimize AI-powered contract review playbooks, and develop custom prompts that bring legal workflows to life.
Responsibilities
- Customer Consultant – Partner with customers to understand their legal and operational needs and translate them into effective platform solutions.
- Customer Coach – Guide customers in getting the most out of the Icertis platform by sharing best practices and driving strong product adoption.
- Customer Success Partner – Support customers as they implement AI-powered playbooks and prompts through testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.
- Product Advisor – Bring insights from customer engagements back to the product team to help shape product enhancements, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
- Team Builder – Play a key role in building and scaling our Legal AI Center of Excellence, helping develop processes, knowledge, and best practices for the team.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience reviewing commercial contracts
- Experience working with AI tools and prompt writing
Basic Requirements
- Legal Expertise: 5+ years of experience in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation; Strong knowledge of common contract provisions across agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements; Experience developing or working with contract playbooks, review guidelines, or negotiation protocols
- Technical & AI Skills: Experience working with AI tools and prompt engineering; Comfort with technology platforms and the ability to learn new systems quickly; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; Ability to translate legal concepts into structured guidance for AI systems
- Relationship & Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; Experience working directly with customers or internal stakeholders; Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously; Professional presence when working with enterprise-level customers, including general counsel and senior legal leaders; Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Pay
Salary Range: Min $170,000 - Max $260,000 USD per year. Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to base salary and an annual target incentive bonus, an equity component is included.
