Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for labor relations at the organization level
- Advise executive leadership on complex labor matters and collective bargaining strategies
- Lead contract negotiations and develop negotiation strategies for favorable outcomes
- Foster a collaborative environment for identifying and implementing innovative labor strategies
- Promote proactive labor relations practices and strengthen labor-management partnerships
- Provide education and communication support to help entities prepare for labor relations challenges
- Mitigate organizational risk related to labor relations issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources or Labor Relations
- 8 years of recent relevant experience in labor relations
- Progressive labor relations experience with collective bargaining
- Expert knowledge of labor laws and grievance administration
- Strong leadership experience managing professional staff or enterprise-level initiatives
- Ability to successfully lead complex union negotiations and workforce transitions
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Pay
$227,386 – $363,792 annually
