Senior Director, Innovation and Delivery

Responsibilities

• Serve as interim leader for major initiatives lacking clear ownership
• Create effective operating models and accountability measures
• Implement AI-powered solutions to enhance healthcare operations
• Deliver measurable business outcomes beyond mere coordination
• Stabilize crucial areas by providing clarity and momentum
• Define direction amidst uncertainty and consolidate ownership
• Facilitate the transition of successful projects to long-term teams or structures

Qualifications

• 10+ years in investing, consulting, business operations, strategy, or startup leadership roles
• Strong skills in diagnosing complex business problems and developing actionable plans
• Experience building operational structures from the ground up in ambiguous environments
• Expertise as a systems thinker, understanding how various organizational elements interact
• Demonstrated ability to drive high-stakes work to completion despite limited information
• Previous experience working effectively with senior executives, including the CEO and board members
• Readiness to take on temporary, intense roles focused on stabilization and transition

Pay

$204,000 – $240,000 annually
