Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic HR partner to the Cell Culture Media Business Leader & CTO Leader and their leadership teams.
- Shape and execute short‑ and long‑term people strategies (organization design, Leadership Development, Global Project Management, Workforce planning, Executive coaching, Policy & Governance, talent, culture, inclusion & belonging).
- Provide leadership to global and local HR teams supporting the business.
- Strategic leadership & partnership: Act as trusted advisor to the Cell Culture Media leadership and people leaders, aligning business strategy with people strategy to drive outcomes and culture.
- Diagnose organizational needs; translate strategy into organizational implications and pragmatic HR plans for both regional and global business contexts.
- Build and execute HR plans for the region and enterprise‑aligned initiatives; lead relevant business projects to timelines and outcomes.
- Leverage Danaher Business System/ continuous improvement and people analytics to set targets, track metrics, and solve business problems impacting organization effectiveness.
- Talent management & development: Run integrated talent processes (succession planning, performance management, leadership development) in partnership with regional HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Excellence; enable cross‑functional talent moves.
- Coach leaders to build capability, give effective feedback, and elevate performance.
- Talent acquisition & workforce planning: Assess future‑fit capabilities; partner with Talent Acquisition to build pipelines for critical roles across Nordics and the global business.
- Inclusion & Belonging, engagement & retention: Champion Inclusion & Belonging programs that foster an inclusive culture; analyse engagement/ retention trends and implement targeted actions.
- Change leadership: Lead the people agenda through restructures, integrations, and other transformations, with robust change‑management and communications.
Qualifications
- You are a consultative HR Business partner who is experienced at providing a variety of HR solutions to meet business needs.
- You love analysing data, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and excel in building relationships with business stakeholders in a matrixed, collaborative and an environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, I/O Psychology, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience with prior global team leadership; strong record in matrixed, regulated, and fast‑paced manufacturing environments.
- Deep expertise in employee/ labour relations in the Nordics, including works‑council and CBA experience.
- Proven success leading large‑scale change and transformation; credible, data‑driven advisor who influences.
- Fully fluent in English.
- Willing to travel ~30% of the time.

Explore the flexibility and challenge that working for Cytiva can provide. The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
