Senior Director, Healthcare Transformation & Health Equity

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Healthcare Transformation & Health Equity to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This senior leadership role will guide healthcare transformation initiatives with a strong emphasis on health equity, cultural competency, and improved access to care. The position will oversee cross-functional programs that drive value, savings, and measurable improvements in member and community outcomes. It will also partner closely with internal stakeholders, external organizations, and specialty vendors to strengthen program effectiveness and advance equitable care delivery. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $148,000 – $274,200 annually Responsibilities Lead medical management initiatives designed to create value and savings Evaluate and contract with specialty vendors to support program implementation Manage a team focused on project management and clinical analytics Collaborate with stakeholders to improve program effectiveness Promote cultural competence within the health plan through training and best practices Partner with external organizations to improve culturally competent services Assess provider network diversity and identify care gaps Develop and implement a cultural competency plan aligned with national standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred 10+ years of experience in medical management or a related field 3+ years of supervisory or management experience Strong understanding of health equity and cultural competency Excellent collaboration and program implementation skills Benefits Comprehensive health insurance 401K and stock purchase plans Tuition reimbursement Paid time off plus holidays Flexible work schedules, including remote and hybrid options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
