Senior Director, Head of Data

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a common enterprise data framework across multiple data domains
• Establish and manage shared data models and taxonomies across core business functions
• Maintain an authoritative enterprise data registry and oversee key data flows
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance data structures for scalability
• Define and execute data governance operating models and quality standards
• Lead data integration efforts for acquisitions, ensuring effective onboarding of new data assets

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data strategy and governance roles
• Proven expertise in enterprise data architecture and integration patterns
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and quality controls
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams effectively or lead horizontal initiatives
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data environments such as Snowflake
