Senior Director, Head Launch Excellence

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Head Launch Excellence to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will own the launch excellence operating model and help ensure major product launches are executed with clarity, consistency, and strong readiness discipline. The role will translate launch strategy into actionable marketing activation support while building the structures, routines, and reporting needed to drive performance across a complex commercial environment. It will also partner closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align launch criteria, quality standards, and practical execution support. The position will lead a specialized team, develop AI-enabled workflows and launch assets, and strengthen service levels that support successful launches from planning through execution.
