For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Global Regulatory Affairs, Neurology to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will oversee global regulatory strategy and execution for neurology programs, ensuring submissions are scientifically rigorous, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams and external health authorities to guide high-impact development and registration activities. It is well suited for a seasoned regulatory leader who can balance strategic planning, operational management, and hands-on submission support in a complex life sciences environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $249,100 – $327,000 annually Responsibilities Oversee regulatory submission activities and review documents to ensure quality and compliance Lead strategic discussions and drafting for health authority submissions Develop and implement regulatory strategies aligned with business goals Drive the execution of regulatory strategies with a combination of scientific and regulatory knowledge Identify strategic regulatory opportunities and risks to optimize success Manage financial planning, vendor management, and timeline tracking for regulatory programs Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of regulatory processes with stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred 12+ years of relevant experience Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in regulatory and R&D areas, preferred Proven operational management of regulatory strategies and budget planning Familiarity with clinical trial design and regulatory submission processes preferred Demonstrated experience interfacing with FDA and other health authorities Significant project management experience with major submissions such as NDA/BLA Benefits Employees are eligible for annual incentive and long-term incentive plans Hybrid work arrangement available, with remote options considered Opportunity for mentoring and development within a leadership role Participation in employee benefit programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
