Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a global team in building and maintaining safety processes
- Manage team resources to align with GPS priorities and improve PV system quality
- Provide subject matter expertise for core GPS processes in compliance with regulations
- Direct strategic efforts in managing safety processes and delivering regulatory outputs
- Consult on PV components of regulatory reports and clinical study documents
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field (MD, PharmD, PhD/MSc, or post-graduate qualification)
- 12+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance (PV) or related fields in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- 6+ years of people management experience with strong management skills
- Proven leadership experience in Pharmacovigilance
- In-depth knowledge of global PV regulations and compliance standards
