Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a global team in building and maintaining safety processes
  • Manage team resources to align with GPS priorities and improve PV system quality
  • Provide subject matter expertise for core GPS processes in compliance with regulations
  • Direct strategic efforts in managing safety processes and delivering regulatory outputs
  • Consult on PV components of regulatory reports and clinical study documents

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field (MD, PharmD, PhD/MSc, or post-graduate qualification)
  • 12+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance (PV) or related fields in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • 6+ years of people management experience with strong management skills
  • Proven leadership experience in Pharmacovigilance
  • In-depth knowledge of global PV regulations and compliance standards
