Senior Director, Global Clinical Development (Oncology)

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development strategy for one or more indications
• Manage and mentor clinical trial physicians to ensure performance
• Ensure alignment of clinical studies with regulatory and quality standards
• Champion a quality-focused mindset in clinical trial conduct
• Represent Clinical Development in internal and external forums
• Develop and implement risk management plans for clinical assets
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution of clinical studies

Qualifications

• MD required with a deep understanding of clinical principles in relevant therapy area
• Minimum of 10 years in clinical development roles
• Proven leadership in designing and executing multiple clinical trials
• Ability to synthesize complex data to formulate clinical strategies
• Experience managing and developing clinical trial physicians in a matrix environment

Pay

$313,200 – $379,524 annually
