Senior Director, Fraud Product Strategy & Governance
About the role
Vanguard is seeking a senior fraud product and technology leader to shape the future of Enterprise Fraud. This role leads the Shared Services organization supporting Prevention, Detection, Response, and Recovery and defines the product strategy that enables those capabilities. The Senior Director will translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions, enterprise capabilities, governance frameworks, and measurable outcomes. Leading across fraud product, technology, data, governance, and product execution, this leader will help Vanguard continue its evolution toward advanced fraud capabilities in asset management.

Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary organization responsible for product management, governance support, program capabilities, communications, technology strategy, and engineering integration across Enterprise Fraud.
- Define and evolve the enterprise fraud product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measures of success.
- Translate Fraud’s strategic objectives and business‑owned requirements into scalable product, data, and technology
