This role serves as the primary IT leader accountable for delivering the FP&A technology roadmap and enabling strategic business capabilities through strong cross-functional collaboration. As part of the Core Technology team, the Senior Director will support the transformation, delivery, and operational excellence of FP&A technology platforms and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the alignment of finance technology strategy with business objectives and enterprise priorities.
  • Drive execution of the multi-year technology roadmap and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, consultants, analysts, and IT teams to design, implement, and enhance enterprise finance solutions.
  • Oversee client engagement, project planning, solution delivery, and ongoing operational support for critical finance platforms.
  • Lead initiatives involving financial consolidation, planning, ERP, and related enterprise systems.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards, governance processes, architectural guidelines, and best practices.
  • Manage technical operations activities including issue resolution, system enhancements, automated testing, and hypercare support.
  • Foster collaboration across global and remote teams while promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive IT experience, preferably within large global organizations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise finance systems, financial consolidation solutions, or planning platforms.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EPM and SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation is a plus.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and enterprise application support.
  • Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, IoT, or related emerging technologies is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both local and remote teams in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP or other relevant technology certifications.
  • Project Management and/or ITIL certification.
  • Experience participating in complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated interest in innovation, prototyping, and evaluating new technology solutions.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring sponsorship.

Pay

Base pay range: $202,000 – $229,000 USD, depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits is offered.

Annual Incentive reference value is 30% of base pay, representing a market-based competitive value for performance at target.
