Senior Director, Financial Accounting & Reporting

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Financial Accounting & Reporting to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This senior leadership role will oversee financial accounting, reporting, and analysis while helping ensure the organization maintains strong regulatory and internal control practices. The position will partner closely with finance stakeholders to improve reporting processes, support strategic planning, and strengthen visibility into financial performance and risk. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical accounting knowledge, strong leadership experience, and the ability to guide cross-functional collaboration in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
