Senior Director, Enterprise Security

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Security to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will own the strategy and execution of the enterprise security function, with responsibility for strengthening controls, reducing risk, and supporting business objectives in a remote-first environment. The role will guide Security Architecture, Security Operations, and IAM teams while partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience building security organizations, advising on risk, and driving practical governance across the enterprise. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and guide enterprise security program execution Set strategic direction for Security Architecture, Operations, and IAM teams Advise executive leadership on security risks and best practices Implement control standards in compliance with relevant regulations Oversee proactive monitoring and incident response for security operations Define and execute the enterprise IAM roadmap aligned with business goals Establish KPIs to measure risk levels and security effectiveness Qualifications 12+ years of experience in enterprise security or related fields 5+ years in senior security leadership roles Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT Security Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO27001 and SOC2 Proven ability to build and lead multi-team security organizations Benefits Full remote work option within the US Culture of innovation and career progression Supportive work environment with a focus on collaboration Comprehensive healthcare and retirement plans Paid time off and company holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
