About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including quality control and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in manufacturing processes.
• Ensure that all products meet the required specifications and are produced safely.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize production workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma is a plus.
