Senior Director, Development Training & Enablement (Medical & Scientific Focus)

For a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, this role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes, strengthening market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Drive evolution of multi-year medical and scientific training strategies
• Translate functional strategy into actionable training plans
• Oversee training frameworks and delivery approaches for scalability
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align training with organizational priorities
• Lead governance forums for strategic input and transparency
• Guide design of high-impact, scientifically rigorous training programs
• Continuously assess training effectiveness and drive innovation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Biotech/Pharma
• 5+ years developing global training strategies
• Strong knowledge of Medical Affairs capability needs
• Master's degree in clinical field required (e.g., RN, RNP)
• Certification in Instructional Design and/or Training preferred
• Change Management certification preferred
• Skilled in using training delivery technologies, including AI

Pay

$234,100 – $289,200 annually
