Senior Director, Data Strategy & Transformation
Job Description
This role supports the PartsTrader business, an independently managed business aligned under Enlyte. PartsTrader is a growing SaaS marketplace business looking for a leader to transform data from a reporting function into a strategic business asset. - Influence executive decisions and investment priorities.
- Lead and develop a distributed Data & Analytics team across the US and New Zealand.
Qualifications
- You are a strategic, commercially minded leader who has successfully transformed how organizations use data.
- You bring 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in data strategy, analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation, product intelligence, or related disciplines.
- You have proven success leading enterprise data strategy and transformation initiatives.
- You have strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data investments into business growth, customer value, and competitive advantage.
- You have experience identifying and delivering value from data through monetization, data products, insights, or new business opportunities.
- You have a track record establishing data governance, operating models, and scalable practices that improve trust, accessibility, and adoption of data.
- You have experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams through periods of growth and change.
- You have the ability to influence executives, align stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
