Senior Director, Data & Analytics

For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Senior Director of Data & Analytics to turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. This role partners with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action, strengthening data-driven execution in a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions for Commercial operations
• Develop analytics processes and reporting frameworks for performance data
• Facilitate interaction with internal stakeholders and external partners for data workflows
• Optimize data sources for go-to-market strategies across field roles
• Prepare content for internal team meetings and presentations
• Collaborate with IT and Data Management to align on customer data handling
• Lead annual territory and quarterly capacity planning for strategic sales alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Commercial Analytics/Data Management
• Proficient in pharmaceutical situation analysis and brand planning
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong expertise in pharmaceutical sales data sources and data suppliers

Pay

$240,000 – $300,000 annually
