Senior Director Customer Analytics & Insights EMD

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Customer Analytics & Insights EMD to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will shape a customer analytics and insights function that enables stronger, data-driven decisions across the business. The role will drive integrated insight generation for healthcare professionals, patients, payers, and key opinion leaders while aligning team priorities to broader organizational goals. You will also partner closely with cross-functional leaders to strengthen resource planning, talent strategy, and the delivery of high-quality strategic recommendations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $232,000 – $348,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and scale customer analytics and insights capabilities to support data-driven decision-making Oversee analytics and insights teams to deliver integrated, decision-ready insights Hold global capability owners accountable for high-quality insights delivery Partner on resource planning and talent strategy for analytics and insights Own budget and resource allocation to maximize impact and performance outcomes Set and evolve team vision and strategy aligned with organizational priorities Manage strategic vendor partners to drive quality and delivery outcomes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field 12+ years of experience in customer analytics, market research, or insights roles 5 years of experience in pharma with expertise in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data for HCPs, patients, payers, and KOLs 6-8 years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams Advanced degree, such as an MBA or relevant graduate degree, preferred Benefits Investment in people managers to drive performance and create belonging Culture of collaboration, inclusion, and belonging Opportunities for personal and professional growth Support for continuous improvement and innovation Flexible work environment with a focus on team well-being Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
