Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 15 dedicated employees of Bellwether Asset Management.
- Evaluate performance of individual asset managers and recommend changes.
- Lead communication and delegation between Invesco in-house credit team and third party asset management team.
- Monitor and lead the execution of loss-minimizing recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external groups to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Lead the risk rating process, identify problem loans, and develop monitoring plans.
- Execute monthly and quarterly loan valuations processes.
- Proactively communicate with Portfolio Management team.
- Identify and implement process efficiencies, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 15+ years of commercial loan asset management or underwriting experience preferred.
- Construction loan, mortgage workout, and senior/sub experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple external groups and internal groups.
- Demonstrated expertise in workouts and special situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Expertise in quantitative analysis, research, and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
- MBA strongly preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $180,000 to $250,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, 5 days in-office in Century City, California. 25% travel.
