Senior Director, Counsel - Market Access Litigation, Legal Policy and Strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop and advise on litigation and policy strategies for drug pricing and access
• Identify new litigation and advocacy opportunities in market-access and pricing policy
• Provide legal counsel to various departments on policy strategy and communications
• Manage litigation and disputes from strategy formulation to resolution
• Oversee and direct outside counsel and litigation budgets
• Engage with external parties to represent company's legal interests effectively
• Collaborate across departments to advance market access strategies
• Monitor legal and policy developments related to drug pricing

Qualifications

• J.D. with an active law practice license in the U.S.
• Clerkship experience on a federal court of appeals
• At least 8 years of experience in complex litigation and strategic execution
• Proven expertise in trial and appellate court matters, including discovery and motions
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry with a focus on litigation
