About the role

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is building the next generation of hyperscale cloud infrastructure. As part of our continued investment in cloud storage, we are creating a new leadership organization responsible for defining the hardware platform that powers OCI Storage for years to come. This newly created Senior Director leadership role will build and lead the Storage Media Layer organization, owning the strategy, engineering, qualification, vendor partnerships, and lifecycle management of the physical storage technologies deployed across OCI's global infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to build an organization from the ground up while influencing billions of dollars of infrastructure investment and the future architecture of one of the world's largest cloud platforms.
