Senior Director, Construction Consultants

About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage and leverage past client relationships from insurance and construction industries
• Facilitate marketing events for new client acquisition
• Provide construction expertise across various complex project types
• Conduct on-site inspections and document findings thoroughly
• Develop estimates for projects of varying complexity
• Produce detailed reports (BDRs, ROMs, RCCs, CSIs) with accuracy
• Recruit, lead, and develop a team of construction consultants

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 15+ years of experience within building consulting and/or construction management projects
• Strong client relationships from the property insurance industry
• Expertise in estimating (Xactimate) and project management (Bluebeam, P6 or MS Project)
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Comfortable working on-site in challenging environments including roofs and tight spaces
• Detail-oriented and analytical with a passion for construction
