Senior Director, Cloud Native Specialists
Qualifications & Requirements
- Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing high-performance technical teams, with a total of 10+ years in Presales, DevOps, SRE.
- Technical Authority: CKA/CKAD certification preferred.
- Expert knowledge of container runtimes, ingress controllers, and service mesh architectures.
- Automation Mastery: Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, and YAML.
- Ability to navigate Go, Java, or Node.js to bridge the gap between infrastructure and application teams.
- Executive Presence: Proven ability to translate technical metrics (MTTR, Deployment Frequency) into executive outcomes (TCO, Revenue Protection).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering; MBA or equivalent leadership experience is a plus.
What Will Help You Succeed
The base salary range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location. Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.
